Description

Low Melt Agarose (Agarose-LM) was designed for isolating DNA fragments from agarose. Due to its high gel strength, the agarose handles very well. The DNA band can be excised from the gel with a razor or scalpel, the gel fragment melted at 68°C, and then purified. This DNA may then be used for a variety of applications including restriction enzyme digestion, ligation and PCR. Alternatively, ligation may be performed directly in the melted agarose.

6X Gel Loading Dye is a pre-mixed loading buffer with two tracking dye for agarose and non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
