PRICES:
While the Price indicated in the price list are the maximum chargeable effective from July 2009 and the
Company reserves the right to change the price without prior notice. The price quoted is valid until March 31,
2010. Price quoted are ex stock, Chennai. Sales tax, packing cost, delivery cost and other special packing
expenses will be charged extra.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are to be made by bank drafts or cheques only. It must be drawn in favor of 'HELINI
BIOMOLECULES' payable at Chennai. If credit allowed by us, is for 30 days only. (Thirty days) Failure to
make full payment within 30 days will attract interest of 21% p.a on the invoice value, which will be calculated
from the date of invoice.
RATE CONTRACT:
We are offering special discount for the annual rate contract customers. Please mail us your details.
DELIVERY:
All the efforts will be made to keep the goods available on time. However, due to technical and quality reasons,
consignment may get delayed, Based on immediate availability part shipment may be made.
TAXES:
The price mentioned in catalogue is exclusive of all applicable sales taxes. CST will be charged at the
prevailing rate on all the invoices. Customers avail any concession on tax must submit Form C.
RETURN OF GOODS OR REPLACEMENT OF GOODS:
The goods dispatched are usually of high order of quality. Instructions for handling are to be practiced strictly.
But despite proper care, the kits can be replaced incase of any non performance if reported within seven days
of delivery.
DISPUTES:
